Return Policy

Because OceanGrafix atlases and kits are custom printed at the time of order with the latest updates, we can only accept returns for product if we fail to ship the correct atlas number as ordered or there is a defect in the materials and/or workmanship.

If the atlas or kit delivered was not as ordered or there is a defect (other than freight damage), please call OceanGrafix customer service at 877.562.4278 to request a return authorization. Requests must be made within ten (10) calendar days of receipt of the product. OceanGrafix reserves the right to issue a refund or replace the product.
